That's an album, not a description, and it is Andrew Bird's newest. I highly recommend it, especially to any fans of his previous work. Andrew is a trained violinist but also plays pretty much anything else he wants to, which very often, and effectively, includes whistling. He plays most everything on his albums, with the exception of drums which he gets some help with. This one has a heavier electronic component to it that previous work, but it's just as good. It would help to grab a dictionary before listening to it, or any of his others all the way through. Interestingly, though, he's stated that it's often more about how the word fits or actually sounds than it is showing off an impressive vocabulary (but I think he can't hide the fact that he has that anyhow). I believe he said something about having the words needing to have enough vowels......which is very interesting.
